Bugs

Send the page URL, browser and OS, width, color count, dither on/off, which palette, and what you expected vs what you got. A shot of the meta line under the canvas helps. Don't attach the original photo unless the bug only shows with that file and you're fine putting it in an inbox. The converter never uploads anything.

Wrong color codes

Send the code or hex from the legend plus what your card or bag shows. That's usually enough. The lists are published references, not a lab reading. Trademark owners don't review our output.
